Thank you for choosing IC Floors for your flooring purchase. There is some important information regarding our shipping policies you should be aware of. IC Floors ships to the 48 continental states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally. IC Floors uses several certified freight carriers for large orders of flooring. Due to the nature of our business we DO NOT ship items via standard ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Due to the nature of the energy industry and particularly the petroleum market we do everything we can to maintain low freight costs, to this end IC Floors price shops for you among several major freight lines and regional carriers. When you register our system will find the 2-3 least expensive freight shipping options to your residence. All of these options offer the same basic service, but due to several factors including terminal locations and fuel surcharges one may be significantly less than the others.

The average process time for your order is 24-48 hours, however; with non-stocking items the process time is usually 3-7 business days until shipment. You will receive an e-mail from IC Floors notifying you of your orders status including any items on backorder. If you wish to hold your order until all items are available you will be provided with the option to do so. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the orders tracking number and a website address to track the status of your delivery. If your address is not accessible via the delivery truck or if nobody is available to receive the delivery you will need to pick up the shipment from the nearest trucking terminal. On residential deliveries the carrier will contact the consignee to schedule an appropriate delivery time.

Your flooring order will be delivered directly to your home via delivery truck. You must be at your home at the time of delivery; it is your responsibility to help unload your shipment from the delivery truck. When possible with larger orders a forklift or floor loader is suggested to help limit delivery time. Some trucking companies will charge you for lift gate fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform the trucking company that you will not pay for any additional services other than those pre-paid by the seller (IC Floors).

After your order is unloaded it is important to inspect it for any damages which may have occurred in transit and the order is complete. Cartons containing small pieces including trim or accents should be opened up and inspected. Orders at IC Floors are inspected twice before delivery to insure that all products are in excellent condition. If for some reason you are missing a product and it is not noted as backordered or you find any damage it is your responsibility to make the driver aware of the issue and for both parties (the driver and the consignee) to make a note of such occurrences on the delivery receipt and date and sign the document. If these procedures are not followed IC Floors can not be held responsible for any damages or lost items that may have occurred.

In the event that your shipment is damaged or items not noted as backorder please contact us and we will provide information on filing a claim with the appropriate freight company.
