Q: Where are you located?

A: IC Floors is located in Powell, Ohio.


Q: Do you stock or have (insert item) in stock?

A: IC Floors offers over 25,000 individual products. While we would like to be able to stock all of these items it is simply not feasible. We have several running lines we do stock but some products will need to be ordered in from the manufacturer or distributor. With our distribution network it usually takes 3-5 business days to bring these in and ship them. This makes the average turn-around time for non-stock items to 4-10 business days from point of order to delivery. If you would like to check stock prior to making an order do not hesitate to call us toll-free at 800-559-1430.


Q: How do you keep your prices so low?

A: We cut out the middle man! We know you have heard that before but it is true, in most cases we buy direct from the manufacturers. This allows us to pass savings directly on to our customers.


Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A: No, we do not have a minimum order quantity. However; where noted some products are sold by the full carton and certain specials are sold by the full pallet. While IC Floors does not have a minimum order quantity we do have a minimum freight charge. Due to the high amount of claims with standard ground carriers we DO NOT ship via standard ground carriers. We understand that if you need only 1 carton of a product this makes it difficult but this is our company policy.


Q: Why does shipping list as TBD in the shopping cart?

A: In order to properly calculate the shipping you need to become a registered user. This allows our site to determine the lowest rates for your area. Once you have registered your shopping cart will reflect the available shipping rates for the products in your cart. You can register an account from your shopping cart.


Q: Why does shipping cost so much, what do these charges include?

A: Shipping rates are directly related to the costs of the energy market. LTL Freight has had steady rate increases throughout the last two fiscal years. Your freight covers the cost of shipping from our terminal to your nearest terminal, applicable fuel surcharges, and a residential delivery fee. We do not markup our freight costs. IC Floors shipping system finds the 2-3 least expensive freight options using major national freight lines and regional carriers. Q: Are your products top quality?

A: At IC Floors we believe in customer service. We feel the best way to offer outstanding customer service is by offering outstanding products. To that end you will find most of the products offered on our site are above average quality and come from manufacturers with high standards as well. We also understand that you are shopping online to get the best price. Occasionally, IC Floors will offer through our specials page products that we may not know as well. If we are selling the product purely on price, we will let you know that the item is being sold “as is” without warranty. Please understand that there is a risk involved in purchasing products without warranty. If you have questions about any of these products, please let us know. Regardless of the product, IC Floors still believes that you, the customer, should have as much information as possible to make an informed decision.


Q: Can I install these products myself?

A: Yes, you can install many of these products yourself, if you take a look at our installation resources page you will find links to many sites that offer step by step instructions and contacts for experienced flooring installers in your area.


Q: I have a large project and may need to place a large order, can I get bulk pricing or expedited shipping?

Absolutely. IC Floors tries to keep our prices low for everyone. When a project is larger than usual, there may be some economies of scale. Our foremost concern is helping our customers. If you have a larger than average project that requires multiple flooring products and/or needs to get there quickly, then please use our “get a quote” form at the top and we will get a quote back to you as promptly as possible.


Q: Do you sell your products internationally?

A: We do not sell or ship products outside of the 48 continental United States. If you are living outside of the United States and are looking for a product feel free to contact us and we will try to put you in contact with the proper people in your locality.


Q: What is your policy on returns?

A: If for some reason your order arrives damaged or in less than suitable condition please contact us via our contact page and we will issue a return authorization number. Unfortunately, we are not always able to accept returns on materials that were ordered incorrectly or are simply unwanted. If you would like to return a product for whatever reason, please contact us and we will be able to let you know if it can be returned and under what conditions. If we are able to accept an unwarranted return, it will most likely incur a 25% restock fee and freight charges. IC Floors will not accept returns on any material that has been opened or installed. Material warranties are the warranties offered by the manufacturer. If you come across a warranty issue while installing, please stop the installation process and contact us immediately. Installation often indicates acceptance and can make the warranty process much more difficult.
